The Planning Committee will be holding a site visit in
respect of the above application on 19/10/2016 13:45:00.
Whilst site visits are normally open to interested parties,
this site visit will be for Members of Planning Committee
and Local Members only for health and safety reasons
given the need to control numbers entering the quarry and
wear the necessary protective clothing. In order to allow
the general public the opportunity to point out factual

matters before the Members of Planning Committee visit

the site, there will be a pre-meeting at Creigiau Recreation
Ground before entering the quarry.
The Council has agreed a Code of Practice in respect of
such site visits and I enclose a copy for your information.
