First Purchase: We shall be requiring you to Invest a minimum amount of Rs.

50,000.00 Only for your first purchase from us. The payment shall be
accepted by Cheque / DD in favor of Alba Urmet Communication & Security
Pvt. Ltd.
Priority Partner Program / Channel Partner: To enter into the Priority Partner
program and Channel Partner the minimum investment required is varying
from Rs.100,000.00 to Rs.500,000.00 along with other terms and formalities
which can be discussed mutually on acceptance of investment condition as
above.
Price list: The price list enclosed here-with super cedes all previous prices &
offers to you. We reserve the right to change, discontinue /amend the pricing,
terms, or products due to changes in import regulations, custom duties,
exchange rate etc.
Minimum Purchase Quota: You shall be free to purchase on order-to-order

Basis.
Target: Only after the first 3 months of business association we shall be

finalizing Targets as per mutual understanding.
Ordering: All orders should either be sent through E-mail, Courier or faxed in
proper Purchase Order format. Verbal orders shall not be accepted.
Sales Tax / VAT: As applicable mentioned in the price list.
Freight & others: As applicable mentioned in the price list.
Payment: All payments should be sent 100% in advance OR on DOD basis. All
Demand Draft / Cheque payable at par at New Delhi or Gurgaon.
Availability: As mention in the price list.
Jurisdiction: All Disputes Subject to New Delhi Jurisdiction.
