Classroom, from 8 am 12 noon.

All Teachers

3.2 Each parents only have 10 minutes with the homeroom teacher.

All Teachers

3.3 When parents meet subject teachers, talk about our own subject.

All Teachers

3.4. When meeting the parents, teachers must start with a good
comment, then talk about students weakness in a constructive
way, and give some suggestions that can make the student
improve.

All Teachers

3.5 Give few minutes to parents and students to talk, too.

All Teachers

3.6 If there is still time :

Advise parents to watch out if their son/daughter is into online
games. These are said to decrease students ability to learn.

All Teachers

Advise also parents to monitor their sons/daugthers use of

gadgets.
Tell also that if parents receive a phone call concerning their
kids, they have to verify it first with the school before doing any

action.
Remind parents that no tips must be given to any staff.
3.7 Ask parents if they use the parking space in the school across.
Batari had rented the parking place but it is on trial for 3 months.
Depending on the usage, Batari may or may not continue renting it.

4.4 Class Test

All Teachers

Announce CT through the students Communication Book at

least 3 days before the scheduled test. It will be better if
announcement is given 1 week ahead.

Submit the CT paper to Ms Jee one week before the test for
vetting and printing. Ms Jee will not print papers on the day the
CT. Failure to do this would mean CT will be moved to a later
day.

Teachers must make sure that the CT papers are with them at
least the day before test.

Send your CT softcopy with the answer to Ms Jee.

Mark your CT promptly. Students should know the results as

soon as possible.

Always do corrections when discussing the CT

Do not lift questions from the students textbook. At least revise

or modify the questions.

To save papers and reuse questions, the teachers especially Mr

Edo were asked to suggest a way on how to utilise the
technology in giving CT. Tentatively, we will give Class Tests in
Term 2 using the projector. Teachers must set the time for each
question considering that students have different speed in
answering questions. Teachers will still need to prepare the class
test in the usual format. Students will write the answers in an
Answer Sheet.

4.5 Ms Jee showed the teachers how to mark the CT.
