Ship motion upon the natural circulation
Ships motion at sea
Ships motion

Ship motion on an actual sea by means of

artificial wave with rolling device. Because
rolling motion of actual marine reactor is
dependent on weight of the ship, transverse
metacentric height, moment of inertia for the
transverse axis of the ship, etc. The angle and
period of rolling system was focused as in the
ship safety design criteria when designing the
system.

Ocean condition*

10

Rolling motion of a ship at sea

* It should be noted that discrepancies exist between the real ocean condition and the selected parameters.
But it was sufficient to explore the mechanism of the effects of ocean condition on subcooled flow boiling
