Because Georgia developed the Teacher Keys Effectiveness System (TKES) to provide teachers with more

meaningful feedback and support so they can achieve the goal of increasing academic learning and achievement for
all students (Georgia Department of Education, 2016, p. 3), evaluation questions should address feedback, support,
and student achievement.

Question
How effective is the TKES
at providing meaningful
feedback to teachers?

To what extent is the use

of the TKES evaluation
program increasing
teacher collaboration?
How effective is the TKES
in increasing student
achievement?
