No Ethernet Connection / Extension in Use / VPN Tunnel
Failure

Analysis
We have cross checked the LAN connectivity, and Internet availability with
the Local IP allotted to AVAYA through DHCP server by placing this to local
Desktop.

Details of Issue resolution provided

Avaya Phone with No LAN connectivity

Avaya with no VPN Tunnel due to internet problem

Scroll Down the options till you get VPN and make sure it is in Enabled mode.
If It is in Disabled Mode you have to think, there is no internet connectivity or
Initial configuration has not been done yet.
For Initial Configuration set up , you have to provide Local IP with
Internet , Calling server IP provided by IP Office ( Avineon Inc in this case ).
Once this is done , this will contact the Calling server and download VPN
config file to this Hand Set.
