Pitch is your vocal range (How high and deep your


voice goes)
Pitch is the quality of the sound produced, based
on the rate of vibrations, the faster the vibrations
the higher the pitch, the slower the vibrations the
lower the pitch.
Everyone has a distinct voice, which acts as an
identifier.
The voice is composed of lots of different
components, making each voice different.
Pitch can be adapted for
+ Character your playing
+ Gender
+ Emotion/Expression
Pitch is important in performance to help
communicate verbally, this helps recognizing
emotions.
