Please accept my enclosed application for the position of Medical Office
Assistant at the Salem Hospital Parkside location. Having read through your
job description, I am excited to be applying for this position as my 13 years
of experience working match the requirements you are looking for.
At my current company, Wells Fargo, I have gained valuable customer
service experience working with customers and being the voice and face of
Wells Fargo. I am the first one they talk to and my impression on them and
interaction with them matter. I have been successful in building a
relationship with the customer that is meaningful and keeps him or her
coming back.
The skills I have gained through school and my previous jobs well prepare me
for this opportunity. I have good computer skills with the ability to use
multiple programs at once. I can use all Microsoft Software and have
experience with DOS based systems also. I can type quickly, learn quickly,
have experience with data entry, copying, filing, reception, scheduling, and
multitasking. My current program at Chemeketa Community College has
taught me medical terminology and other things useful to a medical office.
I would love the opportunity to work for Salem Hospital. I am currently in
school, wanting to get into the medical field. I love serving others and I hope
I can do it for you. I believe I can meet and exceed the expectations you
