At my current company, Wells Fargo, I have gained valuable customer service experience working with customers and being the voice and face of Wells Fargo. I am the first one they talk to and my impression on them and interaction with them matter. I have been successful in building a relationship with the customer that is meaningful and keeps him or her coming back. The skills I have gained through school and my previous jobs well prepare me for this opportunity. I have good computer skills with the ability to use multiple programs at once. I can use all Microsoft Software and have experience with DOS based systems also.
