n Preparation of substrate

Acrylic interior paint.

Substrate should be clean, dry, smooth and sound.

Substrates should be primed with weber.prim saten
without diluting and application of weber.prim plastik
should be started at least 6 hours later.

n Application properties
Drying time: 6-24 hours.

weber.prim plastik should be diluted with water in the

rate of 30 % for the first and second coat in brush
and roller application, and should be mixed well until
homogenous state is achieved.
weber.prim plastik should be applied to the entire
substrate in two coats with lambskin roller or brush
roller.
Wait for minimum 2 hours between coats.

Ambient temperature is between +5 C and + 30 C.

Avoid application in very damp and/or hot weather.

Wet scrub resistance: Class 4

Opacity: Class 2 (6-7 m2/lt)
Grain size: Thin
Glossiness: Semi mat
These values were obtained as a result of laboratory
tests and they are valid for performance of finished
applications at the end of drying time. Values may vary
due to differences in ambient of jobsites.

n Shelf life

1 year as of the production date in dry and moisturefree environment provided that packages will not be
opened.
Package should be kept tightly closed when not in use.
Package should be protected against frost.

n Attention points
Never use salty water.
Never add lime and similar foreign materials.
All tools used for application should be cleaned with
water before drying.

The stated times apply for 20 C substrate and ambient temperature and increase at lower temperatures and decrease at high temperatures.
