Method
the design of this study called for the administration of three zinc tablet (25
mg) per day for 2 months. Zinc serum level and blood serum will be examined
before and after 2 months of zinc given orally.
B. Sample
a. Inclussion
1) Respondent with colonrectal cancer who were diagnosed in
Margono Soekarjo hospital, They were identified through
medical record.
2) Respondent 18 years old
3) Respondent agree to take participation in the experiment.
b. Drop Out
1) Respondent missed to take their zinc
2) Respondent do not complete the treatment for 2 months
C. Time and Place
This experimental will be held for 2 weeks at Margono Soekarjo
hospital.
