How would you identify and establish relationship with potential participating
companies?
Ans. First thing you will do is searching for prospective industry partners, sent
proposal letter, set an appointment for presentation or orientation, present
the proposal to the company. Conduct site visit for work based training plan,
present the training plan and memorandum of agreement or MOU for
approval. Placement of the trainees in the industry. Coordination and
monitoring and work based training evaluation.
2. Will your write training plan for your students? Why?
Yes, because it will serves as a guide on delivering a lesson to the learner
throughout the training period.
3. Before you sent students to the participating company, what preparatory
activities should you do? Why
Ans. By conducting an orientation to the trainees requirement and procedures
on the conduct of the Sent formal communication to the company intending
the reason that the students were having their job-training in the company,
upon the approval from the said company. A memorandum of agreement
should be prepared as a proof of agreement between the school and the
company.
4. How will you monitor the performance of the students? Why is this needed?
When do you provide the feedback to the students?
Ans. The students performance is monitored by providing a trainee record
book with them, and should be graded or monitored by the company
representatives. Through this, the institution/school could monitor the
activities and progress of the learning of a trainee. The trainer would give
feedbacks to the students upon reporting to the institutions for further
instructions.
5. If the participating company will make an unfavorable remark about the
performance of the students what will you do? Identify the unfavorable
performance of the learner and let students review the task in the school
based training.
6. How will you evaluate the effectiveness of the work based learning? Why is
there a need to perform such evaluation?
