TM 1 ASSESSMENT WRITTEN REPORTS

ON SUPERVISE WORK BASED LEARNING


1. All processing plans are potential partners in our dual training system.
We send letter of intent to companies and visit them regularly for
discussion on possible partnership.
2. Training plan is essential for the training because it will determine the
scope and limitations of the training.
3. Before sending any trainee to a partner company we should see to it that
there is a written memorandum of agreement of the said partner
company. That plan for the training in the partner company is properly
discuss and tools and equipment including materials is specified. There
should be orientation of the trainees with the company policies rules and
regulations and the task they have to perform at the said company.
4. To monitor the performance of the students through Achievement Chart,
it is needed if the trainees had progress or there are things that must be
done for the trainee to learn in better way. Providing feedback from the
trainee right after written test, demonstration or activities for them to
know what area they are going to improve and topics that needs study.
5. In case there is an unfavorable remark of the partner company to the
trainees, we will investigate the matter with the company representative
and the instructor from the school observing the trainees. Whatever the
outcome will be, we will discuss with the trainees concerned to correct
any shortcomings and to guide the trainees in the future.
6. Using Training Session Evaluation Form, Training Plan, Summarize

Trainees Progress Report in evaluating work based learning. There is a


need to perform such evaluation to know the effectiveness of the learning

if it has enough components for the learning or there are things that
must be revised or improved in the competencies.
