My Personal Lifelong Learning Plan (PLLP) REFLECTION
My journey in coming up with this personal lifelong learning plan is quite so very challenging. At first,
I’m so lost on what to write in the matrix, but after I’ve read the essential notes, I’m happy and glad that ideas
and insights are gradually popping out from head. And for that, I thank the Lord for guiding me all throughout
the process. Not to mention the unstoppable workloads I do have in the school, the many urgent reports we
have to accomplish, the webinars we have to attend to, and the these and that of this new normal learning
deliveries of education that we are so obliged about and are so very much accountable to work on to. The
whole scenarios overwhelmed me and there’s nothing I can do but to do it and have the work be done one at
a time to the best that I can.

When talking about my learning experience while and after constructing this PLLP is somewhat a big
deal for me. It’s really a big deal one, for I felt some changes within me, if we’re to talk about some realizations.
I come to realize that I can actually can compose and can have a personal lifelong learning plan for myself and
for my job too! It’s an amazing feeling to think about it over and over again, and, thanks to SEAMEO for
initiating my limitations and apprehensions to be lessened and enhancing my capabilities to go through about
the whole matter, thus, enlightening me to come out as a better 21st century teacher at the same time, a
learner. And so, my salute and my admiration and so grateful of course, to the brilliant men and women behind
this online education. Thank you so much, GUYS!
At this point in time, I am certain that there’s no turning back for me as I have to move forward to the
path where I am to help and to guide children to become 21st century learners. With the content I have for my
PLLP, I’m quite certain and confident that I am on the right track on equipping them (my pupils) to be skillful
and knowledgeable when to face the many challenges along the way, more so when they will be far away from
the seclusion of the school and are to engage out there (the world) to produce and to pro-create good results
of their chosen careers. Since this is my lifelong learning plan, I am quite sure that this too will have a lifelong
effect on them and therefore, this cannot be eliminated from my learners no matter what they are going to be.

Thinking about my PLLP, makes me amused me in some other way, at the same time, giving me some
big thoughts of recognizing the huge responsibility on the course of doing it and achieving every single plan
I have in there. But I believe with my learnings in SEAMEO, I am sure I will be guided, I will be greatly inspired
and I will be happily motivated to handle the tasks in helping the nation be flourished with productive learners
and making our education system of today be the instrument to continue honing every single soul of our
children and become the essence of creating brilliant people and transforming this nation to be the great one
and to stand as flourishing country of the world. So help us, God, amen!
