I Team performed badly, no structure, no responsibilites, not efficient, some team members ignored
decisions, some ignored the project

I Project management software was not used properly, no logging of work, the server
with the software was down a couple of times
I Deadlines did not really have an impact, we met the deadline of the exhibition

The robots behaviour is based on the NXT technology

I Follows a black line with the use of a light sensor
I Turns around if an object is too close using a ultra-sonic sensor
I Recognizes colors and executes different functions
I Blue color and he starts fishing
I Red color and he stops
I Yellow color and turns 180 degrees and drives backwards

I Purpose wireless communication between the NXT and a computer, sending signals to activate
different 3D animations
I Plan establishing connection, understanding C#, reading values from sensors

To make the installation more entertaining the robot was supposed

to be able to talk.
1. Fishing Sound sample: pre-recorded continuous water splashes
2. Fish pick-up Voice sample: Please, put the fish back into water.

I Location was a room shared together with the other group
I Placement the installation was on the floor
I Polyester desks & textile & roller curtain were used for the surface
I Mountains made of wood boards, textile and polyester
I Small mountains made of foam
I Igloo polyester
I Color paper as indicators for being home, fishing and release the fish
I Fish made of Merkur-parts, because they had stick to the magnetic fishing rod
Problems
I Light the bright light interfered with the projection of the video
I Surface polyester with dots
I Black line did not stick on the roller curtain
I Objects were not used to put them into the robots way

I Internal light Initially the Robot was supposed to be covered, but it caused some problems to the
sensors because it was too dark inside of the cover.
