hardwearing, elastic, polyurethane
coating
Description
MASTERTOP TOP COAT 44P is a solvented two
component polyurethane coating which, when applied to
MASTERTOP systems, produces a permanently elastic,
wear-resistant surface. It is available with a matt, silk or
gloss finish.

Primary uses
Surface coating particularly suitable for elastic coatings.
MASTERTOP TOP COAT 44P offers improved UV
resistance and greater resistance to scratching and general
abrasion.

Guide to application
MASTERTOP TOP COAT 44P is normally applied, but not
restricted to, elastomeric MASTERTOP products.

MASTERTOP TOP COAT 44P is available in 10kg packs.

Coverage
0.08-0.12kg/m per coat.

Coatings that have exceeded the overcoating window, or

coatings that are dirty, require abrading and cleaning.
Suitable means of preparation are:
High pressure water jetting, power scrubbing with detergent
etc.
Mixing:
Pour the B component into the A component and mix until
streak free. Pour into a clean container and remix for 30
seconds.
Application:
Apply by roller or airless spray at 80-120m. Do not apply
in a single coat at more than 130m. Apply one or two
coats as required.

Storage
Store under cover out of direct sunlight and protect from
extremes of temperature. In tropical climates the product
must be stored in an air conditioned environment.
Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions
may result in premature deterioration of the product or
packaging. For specific storage advice consult MBT's
Technical Services Department.
