This step will be taken only if all above steps have been completed to absolute
satisfaction.

Finalisation of Strategies
Ground level implementation, monitoring and feedback mechanisms
will be designed and finalised.
Clear cut roles, responsibilities, authorities and performance
measurement indexes will be shared
Individual sitting with each team member to ensure that no
ambiguity remains in the system.
