An innovative, app-based solar vehicle designed by students won 5 national awards. The team of engineers worked for 6 months to build the highly innovative solar vehicle, which is over 80% originally designed and light-weight. It uses a mobile app to monitor performance and transmit messages in case of an accident. The vehicle placed first in design and innovation at a national competition with over 100 other institutes due to its original design focused on being light-weight.

An innovative, app based digitally controlled SOLAR Vehicle designed by
students bagged 5 national awards.
The team of engineers worked day and night for around six months to build this highly innovative path breaking Solar Vehicle which has already done around 200 kms under test and actual road conditions. The secret behind the success is above 80% original in house design, mainly focused on making the vehicle light weight. The vehicle uses a mobile based app. for constant performance monitor and can also automatically transmit message to dedicated numbers in case of an accident. The efforts has ensured that the vehicle stood first in the design and innovation category in the national level competition where it participated along with more than 100 other institutes.
