The name:

For my magazine, I wanted something original and simplistic. For example, many magazine
simply call themselves college or the name of the specific college they attend but I wanted
something slightly different.
This is a list of all the titles I came up with

Freshman
Student
Pupil
The Study
Educate
Notebook

From this list, I decided to use a combination of The Study and Student so I will call my
magazine The Student. This is because it links directly to the individual as well as
distancing them from the college environment by using the preposition the.

From these 6 fonts, I have chosen to use the third font, Berlin Sans FB Demi. This is because
it is sans serif which creates a modern feel but remains quite curved which creates a sense
of fluidity and class despite the sans serif style.

The varying choices for the capitalisation within my masthead can make a large difference
but I think that I shall use the fully capitalised one but have the THE in a smaller font so
the main focus is on the word STUDENT.
