Overview
OS Requirement run under windows XP x86 /
windows 7 (x86 and x64)
Allocation disk space about 5Mb only
Linear programming make easy and quickly
measurement of blending ratio than trial and
error methods
User friendly for quality control simulation
according to target.
Able to simulate kinds of coal quality max. 20
seam

How to Instalation
Double click Setup and Next (choose directory
file as you want) until finish
Using for trial 3 days or Register for 10 years
Get register code from this site
After confirmation, register code will be sent to
your email
Activate your code on Menu Register from Help

Program interface

Seams Quality Data

First, we must have quality data of all seams. Then, fill on
Seams Data form, click File > Coal Seams. There was database
fiture like add, update, and delete.
Filled standar quality : TM, IM, Ash, VM, FC, CV, TS, and
Density (Optional)

Import Data From Excel

Click Button Import
Open Template, and write all data quality in Excel.
Make sure no data seam have the same name,
because it will be overwrite old data with new data.
And make sure all data fill up completely. If there is
data unavailable, please fill with 0 (zero), and no
blank.
Save data Excel,
Fill number of data for saving. click button Import
Data, and Browse file data Seam.xls In Directory
Program Files\CBS\Data.
Finally, click button Save on Form

Open Template Excel

Browse Data

Run Simulation

Determine target tonnage in Metric Tons

Add and choose coal seam to blending
Determine target quality between range value available
Then click Calculate button

Result
Result is tonnage ratio of each seams
If tonnage of seam shown the negative value, that was it
seam can not blends for getting the target quality. Run
simulation again with no seam which result the negative
value.
Result of simulation can export to Excel Files for more
modification data

How to register Software

Open Help Menu > Register
Click Button Get Register Code, and Fill your
data on this site

Field Data Registration

Required Field :
Name, Email, Company,
Operating System, Serial
Number (Appear in your
apps), Payment
Click Submit
Register code will be sent
to your email
