I believe body shaming is wrong.
1. When I was in the 6th grade girls who thought they were fat would suck in there
stomach to make it look like they were skinny, they always told me I was lucky cause I
was skinny and I didnt have to worry about doing that. I didnt really understand until I
got into middle school this girl told me that I was too skinny and asked me if I even ate.
2. The trigger moment was when she told me I was too skinny. I always thought I
had a normal body.
3. My belief develpoed gradually. I noticed I was body shaming people and I began
to think about when that girl told me I was too skinny so after I realized that I finally
understood that it wasnt right to body shame people.
4. This beilef provided frame work for my aspects of life because now that im in
highshool alot of girls still are body shamed, and now I can stand up for people because I
had no one to stand up for me.
