INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF ASSIGNMENTS

1. Please submit a hard copy of the assignments.
2. Always keep a copy of the submitted assignment.
3. Question papers should please be attached with the submitted assignments.
4.

Each assignment should be submitted on assigned dates written in legible hand

writing or typed in 12 point font size in Times New Roman on one side of the
page.

5. Page numbers should be mentioned (1/26, 2/26 etc.). Figures or tables should also
be numbered separately (Table 1, Table 2 etc and/or Figure 1, Figure 2 etc.).
6. Each assignment should be separately bound.
7. Assignments should be bound properly with the title page of the Assignment
bearing Title of the Assignment, the Name of the student, Registration number
and the course.
8. Table of Contents should be invariable stated.
9. It is prohibited to copy material without proper reference or to lift passages from
other assignments, books or internet. It may please be noted that copied
assignments will not be acceptable and will be marked 0 and F Grade. Where F
stands for FAIL.
10. Hand written assignment in scanned copy is not acceptable; you can take prints of
typed assignment.
11. Students are not allowed to submit identical assignments and will be marked 0
and F Grade.
12. At the end of the assignment, your sources of information should be listed
alphabetically by authors surname.
13. Assignment carries 50 marks, while the terminal paper for each subject will also
be of 50 marks.
14. You should support your answers with diagrams and examples.
