MOTION TO RESET HEARING

The undersigned, by themselves, unto this Honorable Court respectfully
states THAT:
1.
The hearing of this case before the Court has been set on November
17, 2016 at 10:00 oclock in the morning;
2.
However, the defendants hereby regretfully informs the Honorable
Court that they cannot attend said hearing because they had to attend the 15 th
National Vegetable Congress in City of Malolos, Bulacan on November 15-18, 2016;
3.
With this, the undersigned is constrained to respectfully request the
Honorable Court to reset the hearing of the instant case to another hearing date,
subject to the availability of the Honorable Courts calendar;
4.
This motion is made in good faith and not intended to delay the
proceedings of the instant case.
WHERFORE, based on the premises presented, it is most respectfully prayed
that the hearing of the instant case be reset to another hearing date, subject to the
availability of the Honorable Courts calendar.
