MOTION TO RESET HEARING

COMES NOW the undersigned ACCUSED, on her own behalf

unto this Honorable Court respectfully states THAT:

1. The hearing of this case has been set on April 8, 2024 at

1:30 o’clock in the afternoon;

2. However, the undersigned accused regretfully inform

the Honorable Court that she cannot attend the hearing due to her

early commitment for the seminar in Baguio City starting from

April 1-13, 2024 prior to the scheduled date of hearing of the above

entitled cases. (Copy of Seminar itenerary is hereto attached as

Annex “A”

3. With this, the undersigned is constrained to

respectfully ask the kind Indulgence of the Honorable Court to

RESET the hearing of the instant case to another date subject to

the availability of Honorable Court’s calendar.

4. That this motion is not intended to delay the

prosecution of this case but based on the above-stated reason.

 WHERFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed that the hearing of the instant cases be reset to another

date subject to the availability of the Honorable Court’s calendar.
