The field
The dew on the bright green grass shimmers from the rays of the sun like a halo over the
field. The untouched ground is a carpet of green that is the most pristine surface to play on. The
morning sun glimmering overhead is the only object in the endless blue above. The light
crispness of the air mixed with the heat from the sun creates the optimal conditions for a game.
As we step on the field to warm up and our cleats sink in the the grass as our bodies are bathed
in the sun we realize today is our day to win.
