Correction of Address through CRM.

NOTE: For correction of address, user has to create MISCELLANEOUS ORDER


(ZMSC) with PM activity: M03. Also it has to go through approval process.
a) IF load is less than 20KW: CCE will create the order and complete the order and
RA will authorize the order.
b) IF load is greater than 20KW: RA will create the order and complete the order
and AEE Operational will authorize the order.

1) Address before creation of order

2) Login with RA, identify the Contract Account and click on MISCELLANEOUS
SERVICE REQUEST.

3) Select PM activity: M02.

4) ENTER: HOUSE NO., STREET, CITY and PIN CODE.


Also fill USER RESPONSIBLE AND STATUS: SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL and click on
SAVE button.

5) Login with AEE OPERATIONAL id, Service Request will be pending on his/her id
on HOME SCREEN.

6) Open the Service Request in EDIT MODE, change the USER RESPONSIBLE to
TEST_RA and status as Approval for granted.

7) Login with RA id, Service Request will be pending on his/her id on HOME


SCREEN.

8) Open the service request in edit mode, Contract Account will be identified.
Click on Complete Miscellaneous Order.

9) Also Update the Address on Connection object after updating on Business


Partner (Automatically).

10) Update the below mention on Connection Address.

11) Change Connection Object screen will be opened.

12) Click on TECHNICALLY COMPLETE to complete the order.

13) Changed address after order completion.
