Marking and double marking assignments:

I started marking and double marking students projects. I did that with my
mentor and my colleagues as well. I marked a variety of projects from
different levels; year 1, year 3 and year 4. I worked as a double marker after I
sat with my mentor and she explained how to mark students papers using the
criteria. When I was marking for the first time, I was spending half an hour on
one project until I learned how to do that in a shorter time with giving a better
feedback.
