IbelieveDr.JillStein,and/orhercampaign,JillSteinforPresident(hereinafter,JSFP),
Respondents,areusingfundsdonatedtoherpresidentialcampaigntoconductactivitiesforthe
campaign,wheresomeofthosefundslikelyoriginatedfromnonU.S.citizensinforeign
countries.IbelievethisisaviolationofcampaignfinancerulesoutlinedbytheFEC.
Furthermore,uponinformationandbelief,IfeelthatRespondentsetouttomisleaddonorsinto
believingtheywereonlydonatingtohelpfundrecountefforts,laterclarifyingthatthemoney
wasgoingtobereservedbyhercampaignforthefuture,iftherecountsprovedtobeunderher
budgetorcostlessthantheamountraised.Ibelievethisbecauseafterthedonationswebsitehad
exceededitsoriginalstatedgoalof$2.5million,itwasupdatedtoanewgoal$4.5millionand
thenlater,$7million,andJSFPaddedseveraldisclaimers123tohersiteindicatingthatmonies
receivedinexcessofwhatisrequiredfortherecountscouldbeusedforotherpurposesinthe
future.Inapproximatelyoneday,hercampaignraisedmoremoneyfortherecounteffortsthan

AccordingtothepostdonationstoJillSteinselectionrecountcampaignarebeingmadeatasteadyrate
of$160,000onthehoureveryhouroftheday.
Theconstantrateofdonation,24hoursaday,suggestthatacomputerprogramisbeingusedtopostthe
donationsasopposedtorealpeoplemakinggrassrootsdonation.
However,thedonationsarebeingreportedasgrassrootsdonationsfromamyriadofonlinesupporters
tohelpherverifytheintegrityoftheelection.
However,ifrealindividualsareinfactmakingtheactualdonationstheyrateofthedonationsshould
dropovernightwheninternettrafficislow.
Therateshouldthensteadilypickupduringthecourseofthedayupandthenculminateduringthe
internetrushhourwhenusagepeaks,whichisusuallybetween7and11PM.

Sincethisrecounteffortwasinitiated,JillSteinhaspubliclyclaimedthattheaverage
contributiontohercampaignwas$45,andthattheseareallgrassrootsdonations.Additionally,
sheclaimsthatthereareover130,000contributionsfromaroundthecountry.
Intruegrassrootsfashion,wereturningtoyou,thepeople,andnotbigmoneycorporatedonorsto
make this happen. We have received over 130,000 donations averaging $45 each from supporters
aroundthecountry.

Ascitizenswhoareconcernedwiththeintegrityoftheelections,severalofmycontactsandI
havebeengoingthroughthepubliclistofdonors.Muchtoourdismay,wediscoveredthatDr.
Steinisapparentlyacceptingmoneyfrompeopleinforeigncountries.Wefeelthattheinfluence
ofmoneyfromforeigndonorsunderminestheU.S.electoralprocess.

FoxNewsarticleoriginallyaccessedonNovember29,2016:GreenPartypresidentialcandidateJillSteinhauledin$4.8milliontohelpfinance
recounteffortsinthreestates,afigurethateclipsedthefundraisingtotalforherentirepresidentialcampaign.ByFridaymorning,thefundraising
effortwasnearing$5million,afigurethatexceededthe$3,509,477reportedonSteinsfinalOctober19campaignfinancereport.

OnNovember23rd,Dr.JillSteinbegansolicitingdonationstohercampaignonline,including
viaherTwitteraccount,tosupporthereffortforrecountsinthreestatesthatwenttoher
opponent,DonaldTrump,intheU.S.PresidentialElection.Herstatedgoalwastofilefor
recountsintheStatesofWisconsin,PennsylvaniaandMichigan,althoughitappearsthatshe
mayhavesincemissedherPennsylvaniadeadline,whetherintentionallyorbyaccident.
Dr.Steinsrationalefortherecountisapparentlytomakesurethatnoforeigncountrieshave
interferedwiththeU.S.Presidentialelection,arationalebolsteredbyadmittedlyunverified
claimswhichweremadebytheObamaadministrationand/ortheClintoncampaignregarding
Russianinterferencewithvoterregistrationandtheelection.
However,theFBIandtheDepartmentofHomelandSecuritystatedthatthereisnoevidence
whatsoeverthatanyhackingtookplaceduringtheactualelection.56Inaddition,itisimpossible
forhackingtohaveoccurredinMichigan,whichrunsonpaperballotsandhasnothingeven
connectedtotheinternettobehacked,accordingtoaheadMichiganelectionofficial.7
TheFECwebsiteoutlinesthereasonforthebanonforeigncontributions.8IfJillSteinistobe
believedthatshecaresaboutelectionintegrityandfraud,sheshouldimmediatelyreturnany
donationsreceivedfromnoncitizens.Inlightofthesuspicionsthatforeigncitizenscouldbe
donating,sheshouldaddadisclaimertoherwebsitestatingthatallmoneyaccidentallyreceived
fromforeigncitizenswillbeimmediatelyreturned,sincethisisillegal.Ifshedoesnot
immediatelymakethischange,theFECshouldaudittheintegrityofthesedonationsassoonas
possible.

Doyoubelieveforeignhackerscouldhaveaffectedelectionresults?Weareconductingtheserecountsbecauseindependentelectionexperts
havepointedto'statisticalanomalies'inthepresidentialelectionresultsinMichigan,PennsylvaniaandWisconsin.Expertswhohavestudiedour
votingsystemforyearshaveconcludedmanyofourvotingmachinesarehackable.Whetherthesemachineswerehackedbyforeignordomestic
agentswillbedeterminedbyusingthemechanismsavailabletousineachstateweconductarecount.Statisticalanomaliescouldarisethrough

2. OnNovember23rd,2016,Respondentannouncedthatshewaschallengingtheresultsof
theelectioninthestateofWisconsinbyrequestingarecountofthevotesinthatstate.At
thesametime,Respondentannouncedthatthecampaignrequireddonationstohelppay
forthatrecounteffort.SinceWisconsinstatelawrequiresthecandidatescampaignsto
payfortherecounts,thecampaignwouldrequiremoredonatedfundssubjecttoFEC
rulestosupportthiseffort.TheJSFPwebsitesolicitedthesedonationsthroughthesame

3. Becauseofthewaythewebsiteisdesigned,anyonewhodonatesmoneytothecampaign
isabletoannouncethattheydonatedmoneythroughvarioussocialmediaplatforms,
includingTwitter.Asmanythousandsofpeoplebegantoannouncetheirdonationstothe
recounteffort,IbegantonoticethatseveralpeoplewhoseTwitteraccountsclaimto
originateinforeigncountrieswereannouncingthatthey,too,donatedtotheJSFP
campaign.Incheckingsomeofthenamesassociatedwiththosetwitteraccounts,

U.S.citizenswhodonatedtoJSFPcampaignaswewereabletotrackdown,withthe
intentionofhandingthislisttosomeonewiththecapabilityofverifyingcitizenship,and
enforcingourlaws.
4. Duringthefundraisingeffortsfortherecount,JSFPupdateditsfundraisinggoalfromthe
original$2.5millionestimate,to$4.5million,andthenlater,a$7millionestimate.This
updatewasmadeevenbeforeWisconsinannouncedtoJSFPhowmuchtherecounteffort
wasestimatedtocost.JSFPupdatedtheirrecounteffortstoincludePennsylvaniaand
Michigan,inadditiontotheoriginalrecounteffortinWisconsin.
5. OnMonday,November28th,2016,Pennsylvaniaannouncedthatthefilingdatetorequest
arecounthadalreadyexpiredasofNovember21st,2016.9Steinisnowsuingtotryand
getthisrecount,despiteherapparentlackofplanningandknowledgeandabilitytohire
attorneyswiththemillionsdonatedtohercampaignforthiseffort.10
