TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I, Maria Cicelia G. Pascual would like to request your good office for my
Honorable Dismissal but I would not able to process it myself due to some
commitments out of town. So, I, hereby authorize Ms. Corazon G. Neri to act on
my behalf to take my Honorable dismissal from the University of Southern
Mindanao.
Rest assured that any steps done by Corazon Neri have my permission.
Enclosed is my Identification Card as proof. This authorization letter is valid for 2
weeks from the issuance date after which it becomes null and void. I would highly
appreciate your approval of this authorization.
