vendors including negotiating pricing. Staffing, event coordinating of all inhouse owner

rentals, and transportation.

Market research for sales events. Evaluating property and locations for tents, caterers
and all portable and av needs. Presentation on future expectations of the development
to the Mayor, city council, chambers and key personnel in each city. Design a budget for
each event and property. Responsible for orchestrating, implementing, staffing and
scheduling of all presentations of new developments. Schedule the sales events, to
include flights, dinner banquets, ground transportation, all music and accommodations
