I have the honor to refer to Your Excellencys letter dated 05 November
2016 regarding the need to modify the existing provision of Section 1.8 of the
Memorandum of Association between the Philippines and Germany on the
Implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with
Disabilities signed in Munich on 03 November 2016.
In this connection, I wish to suggest to Your Excellency the agreement
of the Philippine Government on the proposed amendment of Section 1.8 of
the Memorandum of Association referred to above.
I take this wonderful opportunity to express to Your Excellency my
desire to maintain and strengthen the excellent relations, both official and
personal between our two countries and Missions.
Accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration and
