Weebly: Creating blogs and posting them to a personal

website

1: Practicality: Very practical

Is it easy or hard to use?
Weebly is incredibly easy to use.
How much time/space does the tool use and require?
Weebly did not require me to download any
software.
Are there faster tools?
I could not imagine a tool being much faster than
Weebly was based on my needs

2: Accessibility: Very accessible relative

to other programs
Does the tool work on your operating system?
Yes! As a MAC user, certain tools do not work on my
system, but Weebly passed the test with flying colors
Is the tool free?
The tool is free if the website uses a .weebly.com
username, but if I want a unique URL that would cost additional
money.
Does the tool require me to download other
programs to use it?
No. The great part about Weebly is that I can blog
directly on the site or attach documents from Microsoft Word. I dont
need supplemental programs, but I can attach material from those
programs to my Weebly if I so desire.

3: Functionality: Weebly was very

functional
Does the tool perform the task I need it to do?
Yes, Weebly gives me a great blogging canvas and
the ability to publish them online.
Does the tool run smoothly?
The tool is smooth for the most part. I had some
difficulty adding pictures, but no major glitches.
Do I predict there will be bugs?
I did have some lag time when I uploaded the
pictures, but I dont think they were a significant impediment to my
work.

4: Speed: Above average

Does the tool allow me to do my intended task in a
timely manor?

Yes, the material published relatively fast.

Does the app require an extended download or
upload time?
Not really, the application only requires a few
seconds.

5: Diverse tasks: Weebly allows me to

perform multiple tasks

Does the tool perform multiple tasks?
Yes, I can publish links, videos, pictures, powerpoints,
and word documents.
Would I be able to use the tool in the future for
other projects?
I could use Weebly for a myriad of future projects
that require me to publish documents.
Would I recommend the tool to a friend who is
attempting to perform different tasks?
I may recommend Weebly to someone who is trying
to grow his or her name onto a professional site or blog.

Overall Thoughts: Weebly is an excellent tool for posting and

publishing blogs, pictures, and other documents. I dont see many
flaws with the application. It is quick, easy, and accomplishes all the
tasks that I need done.
