Discord, It has servers (rooms so to say) about anything you can think of. You can
create your own (it's very easy) and add anyone you want. It may seem difficult to use in
the beginning but it's actually quite simple. And most importantly, it's free.
 2. Knowing the advantages of using collaboration tools, how does online
collaboration will help you as a student?
One of the key advantages of online collaboration is that it makes it easier for people
who aren't in the same location to work together and employees can effectively schedule
a meeting and collaborate with one another, regardless of their geographical differences.
It speeds up the completion of projects, cost-effective because people do not need to
travel and it helps manage the projects easier.

What I Can Do

1. Write your insights on how collaboration tools do help people with the current
situation we are in today.
Our current circumstance, in which we are experiencing pandemic times, has resulted in
numerous limitations and prohibitions. This includes going to work and school in order to
avoid becoming infected with Covid-19, a lethal type of corona virus. Working from home
and online courses are two options that the business sector and government have
considered.

Students will share their schoolwork and activities online, and employees will share their
files online utilizing a variety of collaborative technologies. They would be able to share
and work on a single file using these collaborative technologies, which are accessible
over the internet. People can exchange ideas and inputs and achieve their goals by
using the internet and digital technologies. Collaborative tools helps us minimize the risk
of Covid-19 and saves us time and money from travelling outside. It also helps us to get
connected with our work and studies until this pandemic has resolved.
