Standard: Standard 10: Professional Development - Teachers shall participate as active,
responsible members of the professional community, engaging in a wide range of
reflective practices, pursuing opportunities to grow professionally and establishing
collegial relationships to enhance the teaching and learning process.
I am placing my Teacher Candidate Evaluation within Standard 10 - Professional
Development as evidence of continued mastery. This artifact is proof of my pursuit to
grow professionally and establish collegial relationships to enhance the teaching and
learning process. I plan on becoming a responsible example of the teaching profession
(Department of Education, 2014).
