Title of Artifact: Observation Language Arts
Standard: Standard 3: Diverse Learners -Teachers shall understand the practice of
culturally responsive teaching.
I am placing my observation within Standard 3: Diverse Learners as evidence of
continued mastery. This artifact is proof of an educators understanding of culturally
responsive teaching and its significance. This is a key educational standard for all
educators (Department of Education, 2014).
