PROFESSIONALBEARINGCONSISTENTWITHANHONORABLE
ANDDIGNIFIEDPURSUITOFHIS/HERPROFESSION,ADHERING
TOASETOFCONDUCTBECOMINGOFHIS/HERCALLING,AND
SHALLNOT:
Actinanunprofessionalmanneranddemandanyremunerationotherthan
his/heroriginalchargesexceptforadditionalservicesnotcoveredinthebasic
contract;
SupplantanotherRegisteredMasterPlumberafterdefinitestepshavealready
beentakentowardhis/herbeingcommissionedtoperformthecontract;
UnderbidanotherRegisteredMasterPlumberbyreducinghis/herprofessional
feesafterbeinginformedofthefeeschargedbytheotherRegisteredMaster
Plumber;
Taketheadvantageofasalariedgovernmentpositiontocompeteunfairlywith
apracticingRegisteredMasterPlumber;
Allowtheuseofhis/herLicenseasaRegisteredMasterPlumberforafeetoan
unlicensedMasterPlumberinplumbingworkswithouthis/herpersonal
supervision.
Injurefalselyormaliciously,directlyorindirectly,thereputationofanother
RegisteredMasterPlumberbyreviewinghis/herworkforthesameclient
unlesstheprofessionalservicesoftheformerhavebeenofficiallyterminated
andallprofessionalfeeshavebeenfullypaidbytheclient;
Advertiseinselflaudatorylanguage,actinanymannerandengageinany
practicewhichtendtobringdishonortothedignityoftheRegisteredMaster
Plumber,theNationalPlumbersAssociationofthePhilippines(NAMPAP)and
theplumbingprofession.
