NRT REOExperts requires a "face to face contact with occupants to offer Relocation Assistance
(CFK). If you find out the property is in Rent Control or Section 8 Housing please contact your NRT
REOExperts Asset Manager immediately. Hold all relocation assistance negotiations until you receive
direction from NRT REOExperts. If not Rent Control or Section 8 Housing negotiate with the occupant
an amount to vacate within 14 days. The amount and move out date is subject to our Clients
approval.
