VISION SEEKER DAY 2 Who am I? Tuning in to Yourself “1 know who | WAS when | got up this morning, but | think | must have been changed several times since then” Alice in Wonderland Even though we may feel that we are the same person we have always been, we are constantly shifting and evolving. We are not fixed. We are fluid, Let’s take the fime to tune in with who we are right now in this very moment. Let go of past preconceptions of yourself. Let go of the things people have told you that you are or should be. What do you feel right now in your body? What thoughts are floating around in your mind? What is your heart trying to whisper to you? | have found the best way to get present with who we are right now is through meditation. It offen surprises me how much of my experience | am overlooking because | am so caught up in the middle of my actions and thoughts. GUIDED MEDITATION: Take a short break to listen to the “Tuning In” meditation. ASK THE CARDS: What aspect(s) of myself want to come forward? What element{s) are seeking ‘expression? Use your intuition to decide how many cards you want fo pull. JOURNAL: Reflect on the card(s} you pulled.
