VISION SEEKER DAY 3 Who am I? Passions and Gifts “When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy.” Rumi We all have things that light us up and fill us with joy. These are our passions. They make us think, “Yes, this is what | am alive for!” Perhaps, you feel disconnected from that feeling of bliss and purpose. That is ok. It probably just means it i time to try some new things or return to old passions with an open mind and the eyes of a child. Allow for the ebb and flow but when you feel your passion, don’t ignore it or quell it because you are afraid. That is one of the most painful ways to suppress the longings of our soul. Trust me the notdoing is so much harder than the doing. Our gifts are both our talents and what we share with the world. We all are gifted in some way. Be attentive and respectful of your gifts. Don't belitle or neglect them. This is how we are of service. Gifts can take many forms. They can be a talent for music or an ability to heal or excep- tionally loving heart. Be open to recognizing your many gifts and share them freely with those around you. JOURNAL: Let's make a few streamofconsciousness lists where we answer these questions: What are some things you do that bring you joy? How do you help people around you? What are some things that you used to love doing and miss? What have you always wanted fo try? ASK THE CARDS: Choose a card for each spot on the spread and reflect on it in your journal.
