Competency 2: To communicate clearly in the

language of instruction, both orally and in
writing, using correct grammar, in various
contexts related to teaching.

While I am teaching my lesson, I will have to

show professionalism and communicate in a
clear and engaging way. I will also make sure I
am using the correct grammar and vocabulary.
Competency 5: To evaluate student progress in
learning the subject content and mastering the
related competencies.

As the students are answering the discussion

questions, I will be able to see if the students

have understood the main purpose of the lesson.
As they are speaking, I will also take notes on the
points students are making. This will help me
remember what each student was saying.
Competency 6: To plan, organize and supervise
a class in such a way as to promote students
learning and social development.

I will make sure that my lesson is as clear and

organized as much as possible for students to
understand the main idea of the lesson. I will also
make sure that students are paying attention and
encourage them to participate in the activities.
Competency 8: To integrate information and
communications technologies (ICT) in the
preparation and delivery of teaching/learning
activities and for instructional management and
professional development purposes.

My lesson will include a PowerPoint, to give

students a visual of the lesson. More specifically,
I created a lesson that highlights the notes
students should write down and a few images. I
will also show a video that explains in details
what the Stanford Prison experiment is.
