Subject: Announcement for Dividend Payment and closing the registration book for the right to
obtain the dividend of the Multi-National Residence Fund (MNRF)
As MNRF has the policy to pay the dividend to Unit holders not over 4 times a year at the
minimum rate of 90% of net investment income plus or minus unrealized profit (loss) incurred in
the accounting period in which dividend will be paid and at the minimum rate of 90% of its
annual net profit or will pay the dividend from the retained earning.
On 11th October 2012, the Property Investment Committee had agreed to the dividend distribution
for the period of 1st July 2012 30th September 2012. The dividend payment will be at Baht 0.198 per
unit. The Funds registration book will be closed on 26th October 2012 for the unit holders right to
obtain the dividend. The cheque payment dated 9th November 2012 will be sent to the unit holders
whose names and addresses appear in the registration books.
