Tristan Truscott: Hey, friends, Tristan Truscott and Peter Ragnar
here and we want to welcome you to this program. Now, together,
Peter and I have a combined 90 years in the arts of healing,
meditation, the law of attraction, martial arts and qigong.
We want to jump right in... Peter, this concept of qi, a lot of times
people think that its kind of woo-woo airy-fairy idea. That its not real.
And we know that its real but can you explain first of all what is qi
and then talk a little bit about why people doubt the qi exists?
Peter Ragnar: Certainly, Tristan. Qi is a word. Its a word that
describes something. It refers to life force, vitality or energy. Now,
its very similar to electricity. We know what electricity can do. We
know about the benefits in our life by using electricity. We know how
to really wire our homes. We know how to plug things into it but
exactly what it is may still be a mystery.
Well, its so much like qi. Qi is life force or energy. We know that we
have it because if you didnt have it, we wouldnt be alive. You
wouldnt be breathing. You wouldnt be listening watching this
program. But how do you take this energy and amplify it, magnify,
get it to be stored in your body so you have big life. In other words,
you have a life that allows you what Tristan was just saying a
magnetic sense of presence, of bulletproof health or skyrocketing
energy levels.
Tristan Truscott: And I love that Peter really practices qigong and
understands how to use qigong because what hes done for the world
is hes proven the effectiveness of it. Youve shown this with feats of
strength that you just dont think that somebody could do like youre a
strong guy. You got a lot of muscle but Ive seen you do things that
are seemingly superhuman and the only way that I can figure out that
youve been able to do that is by channeling this life force that were

talking about into the movement. Is that how you do it? I mean is it
qi or is it something else?
Peter Ragnar: No, like you said before, a lot of people think that this
is woo-woo, its out there. Its something mystical or strange. No, its
a power that you and I everyone has. We all have this power within
us. Its just learning how to unleash it. In other words, how to get the
resistance, how to get the blockages that unlock your breaks so that
you too can be all that you are meant to be and its the flow of energy
through our bodies. There are certain bodily movements.
Peter Ragnar: As we go along with this, youll find out just exactly
how to do the things that Tristan just said Peter Ragnar does.
Tristan Truscott: Yeah, I mean youll have 10 racks of weights and
you do leg squats. Now, thats not what everybody wants from qi.
We totally understand that and I think its wonderful that youve
proven to the world that qi can be channeled and it can be used in a
very, very physical way like you said to build that very strong body.
And there are some folks out there that are trying to heal and theyre
looking to alternative medicine or theyre looking to alternative ways
of getting their body and their mind back online so they can feel
healthy again and thats what drew me massively to qigong was
because my personal story of having a back injury that lasted for five
years and going to doctors and every kind of treatment you can think
of and even having a failed $90,000 surgery, I thought that I was
done. I was at the end of my rope.
Peter Ragnar: Thats amazing, Tristan. I cant imagine anybody
doing that.
Tristan Truscott: Well, I cant imagine anybody doing it either but I
know that there are folks that are in that position right now that are
possibly watching this that have been struggling and feel like quitting
because I felt like quitting. I felt like theres no way out of the pain
that I felt I couldnt walk properly. I couldnt do my martial arts
anymore. I couldnt do anything. My friends felt so sorry for me
because they couldnt help me and I felt sorry for me but what I did

was I kept researching and looking for ways to heal myself and thats
what I discovered with qigong is that this life force can rebuild your
body from the inside out.
Peter Ragnar: Oh, youve proven that. I mean its amazing. I mean
you went from being basically an invalid to Ive seen you do amazing
things in the dojo and the gym. I mean weve worked out together.
Im totally impressed.
Tristan Truscott: Thank you. Im impressed with what the human
being can do when humans learn how to channel their own energy.
Peter Ragnar: Right.
Tristan Truscott: And qi is not weird. Its not woo-woo. Its not
some trippy thing. Its your life force energy. You were born with it. I
was born with it. We were all born with it. Its just that it gets
depleted and thats why my body broke down was because I was
pinching off the qi. I was getting to a point where the energy wasnt
flowing anymore and that caused and imbalance and that caused an
injury that couldnt be healed but when I learned how to open the
channel back up and visualize and use my mind with the movements
that were teaching and the breathing, it started to flow and I felt it.
My leg was tingling, the bottom of my foot was buzzing and I started
crying because I knew that I tapped into something.
I figured out that mind-body connection and I knew that I could
manipulate it now myself. So, what happened? I went deep, deep,
deep into the qigong training so that I could get more and more
healing. But along the way, I came across a lot of stuff that Ill call
woo-woo. It was pretty weird, Peter. I went to lots of teachers. I took
lots of private lessons. I took lots of courses and there was stuff that
was just sometimes over my head because it was just so weird like
taking my saliva and dividing it into three parts and swallowing a part
of it here and then glowing over there, Im like, come on, whos going
to want to do that? And thats not western friendly.

Peter Ragnar: No, did you really understand that stuff?

Tristan Truscott: No, I thought it was a joke. I mean maybe in


some esoteric circles, thats something that works. But most of my
friends and I bet the folks that are joining in with this, thats not what
interest them. Theyre looking for practical, western friendly, make
this tangible for me and thats what were doing.
Peter Ragnar: You mean, you dont have to practice four hours a
day.
Tristan Truscott: Well, some teachers have said that. You told me
that you recently
Peter Ragnar: Yes.
Tristan Truscott: came across an accountant of a teacher saying
that
Peter Ragnar: Right, four hours a day for 10 years and then you get
to feel it.
Tristan Truscott: Thats a lie. First of all, its a lie.
Peter Ragnar: Well
Tristan Truscott: Thats not true.
Peter Ragnar: We could show people so quickly. We can show you
so simply that really it will blow your mind.

Tristan Truscott: And people are already saying that theyre feeling
the qi in their hands and theyre feeling the energy because there is a
specific recipe and you do need to know how to cultivate your life
force in the right way and so going through all of these training and
basically extracting from it the stuff that was sensible and piecing it
together, you and I came up with this formula.
Now, I want to read something because this was very interesting
when I came across this and I was reading through the book and I
bet you know where Im going because this probably impressed you
too and
Peter Ragnar: Okay.
Tristan Truscott: Okay, here it is. Were talking about qigong. So,
qigong is a series of gentle movements that stimulates strength,
energy flow, increased energy and many other health benefits. I
have a friend named Peter Ragnar who lives in Tennessee and hes
a senior citizen. He has the body and skin of an athlete in his 30s.
No one would ever guess this mans age. He practices most of the
concept described in this book. One of the things he does which he
believes is the major cause of his youthful appearance and incredible
health is qigong in just 10 minutes a day.
Is that true? Is that all it takes just 10 minutes?
Peter Ragnar: Thats what I was doing. When this book was written,
I think Kevin had called me prior to the book coming out, obviously,
thats where we got the information and thats what I was doing then.
It was like a decade ago, 10 minutes a day and people, 10 minutes?
Wait a minute, 10 minutes? Yes, 10 minutes.
Tristan Truscott: So, it doesnt have to take four hours or 10
years

Peter Ragnar: No.


Tristan Truscott: to cultivate your qi. Now, over time, its going to
get bigger and bigger and bigger and more magical things will
happen that well share with you but thats one of the big things that I
wanted to point out is its not weird. Its not woo-woo and it doesnt
have to take all this time.
Peter Ragnar: No and its a matter really, Tristan, as weve been
telling our folks, its a matter of doing it in a proper sequence.
Tristan Truscott: Right.
Peter Ragnar: Its like having a combination lock. If you know the
numbers, its simple to open that lock. If you dont, you can spend an
eternity fumbling with the numbers trying to get it to open.
Tristan Truscott: Thats what was happening for me. I was training
in all these different types of alternative stuff to fix my life situation,
my body, but it wasnt until I turned the right thing in the right way that
the energy started to flow but knowing that information is so valuable
because thats what gives people the quickening and I feel like in our
culture today, this is what we need more than ever.
We cant afford to not know how to cultivate our qi. Theres so much
stress. Theres information overload. Theres people gaining so
much weight because of the stress and theyre feeling depressed.
Theyre feeling burned out, right? And if we could remove that stress
and open the channels back up and then know how to turn that lock
you talk about, what happens?
Peter Ragnar: Obviously, high levels of health.
Tristan Truscott: Yes.

Peter Ragnar: I mean, we supercharge our body as we bulletproof


our health. We develop that magnetic sense of presence. In other
words, we allow ourselves to get into a condition that we vibrate and
attract magnetically the right people, the right circumstances, the right
conditions for us to prosper. Now, how do you prosper? You prosper
with your health. You prosper with your emotions. You prosper in
your social relationship, then you prosper with your finances.
Tristan Truscott: Thats true.
Peter Ragnar: What could be better than that?
Tristan Truscott: And a lot of times people dont connect those dots
that you can use your qigong to create and attract beautiful things in
every area of your life. I think a lot of the teachings have been that
you just used qigong to remove stress and thats wonderful but thats
just the beginning. However, I do want to point out that I recently
read that Dr. Weil published a statement from the Wall Street Journal
saying that qigong is the hottest trend in stress relief.
I love that these ancient arts are making their way into the future, into
the modern day because theyre so effective and I also heard it on
the Oprah Show, Dr. Oz advocated if you want to be healthy and live
to be a 100 years, do qigong. Qigong reverses the aging process.
Thats fabulous that this art is finally making its way and its got the
stamp of approval from the doctors now.
Peter Ragnar: Were so bombarded with activities that the mind is
being overwhelmed. I mean how many advertisements are we hit
with everyday? One estimate that I read is were hit with 16,000
advertisements in one form or another if were in an urban society.
Now, thats overwhelming. And what does that do to our stress
levels? Well, cortisol goes up through the roof. I mean when were
doing that, what were doing is aging our bodies.

Well, this is the beauty of doing this 10 minutes, 10 minutes. Doing


this type of qigong is that you alleviate those stress levels. You make
yourself far more productive. Youre far more efficient. What
happens at night? You sleep well. You sleep like a baby. You wake
up after a deep restful sleep and what are you doing? Now, youre
ready to go again.
Tristan Truscott: Ready to rock and roll. Thats how I feel when I
wake up in the morning, feet at the ground. I start doing the tapping
that weve showed people, how to breathe in the belly and get the
energy circulated and of course, I go through our routine but it gets
me just so fired up about creating to go out into the world and be a
giver because I have energy overflowing.
When you feel that youre depleted, it feels like I got nothing to give
and then people are like trying to suck our qi. I want more of you and
youre like, Im already running on a low tank and it creates more
frustration. Sometimes resentment and a feeling of like a lack of
purpose.
Peter Ragnar: One thing that struck me with your qi development is
that not only did it make you more peaceful, far more serene, it
improved your health but you had almost like a magical ability to bring
people into your life because when youre in association with high
level individual to our productive, theyre prosperous, you get to
network with these folks and it benefits your life.
Now, how did you get to meet some of these people? That was
astounding to me.
Tristan Truscott: It still blows my mind that I so effortlessly was
drawn into their environments and honestly, Peter, I will attribute it
honestly, honestly to the qigong and heres why, because at the time
that I first met a wonderful man named Joe Vitale, I was practicing
qigong. Every single day, Id been working on my healing process
and I had finally gotten back in the game doing martial arts and
everything again and I was doing the qigong and I was learning from
him about marketing and I love Joe because he talks about lovebased marketing.

And all of the sudden, my dojo started to prosper by implementing his


strategies and I thought, Id love to meet this. Now, this is before the
movie, The Secret ever came out.
Peter Ragnar: Wow.
Tristan Truscott: I just love to meet this guy because I like his
vibration. So, this is about vibration. Everything is energy and I was
doing a seminar, the next day, after Id fought this thought, it was selfdefense seminar. One of the people that was teaching it with me
said, Why is your dojo doing so much better? And I said, marketing
and Im learning from this guy that I really like. He said, Who is it? I
said, Joe Vitale. I really love to meet the guy. He says, Im his
personal trainer.
So, within a week, Im having lunch with Dr. Joe Vitale and since
then, Joe has spoken on my stage at several events. The event with
us at Pro-Youthing Summit and hes been such a wonderful man to
know but the other piece and I think youre referring to John Assaraf.
Peter Ragnar: Right.
Tristan Truscott: That was bizarre too because I had seen John
after the movie, The Secret came out. Joe said, You really got to
watch this movie Im in. Youll love it. Its pretty cool. I love The
Secret because it really showed the power of thought and energy
and I saw that qigong amplifies the signal of the law of attraction.
Were going to have to talk about that more in al little bit.
But so Im thinking, wow, Joe came into my sphere so fast because of
the energy broadcast and I didnt think it would happen again but I
just put it out and you can ask my wife, Sabrina. I said, I really like
that guy, John Assaraf, the guy that ended up living in a home that he
had on his vision board and you probably heard the story and all of
the sudden, it happened for him and then wow, how amazing.
Wouldnt it be cool to work with him?

I promise you, the next week, I got a phone call from his company.
They thought that I was one of their members in their company they
did a coaching program. And I wasnt. I just downloaded a free
book. This is book, The Answer I got the first chapter free. Its
awesome. Im thinking, these guys just called me and I wanted to
meet John. So I told them I wanted to meet John and within a couple
of weeks, Sabrina and I were in his office in San Diego talking about
a deal.
Peter Ragnar: Wow.
Tristan Truscott: And we ended up becoming business partners
and having this wonderful journey together creating a program. So,
while I was sitting in his waiting room, getting ready in the waiting
room like the doctor, Im going to go see the doctor. Im waiting with
Sabrina. I started to get nervous. Oh, my gosh, Im about to walk in
and deliver a pitch, a business thing to this guy from the movie, The
Secret and I said, no. I walked outside. I did the tapping. I did a
couple of the deep qigong breaths. I did a couple of moves and I
closed my eyes and I envisioned John walking out of his office, me
walking back in and then he walks right up and he just gives me this
big hug.
I walked back into the room. John is coming out of the office. He
walks right up and we have this big hug and my manifestation popped
like that.
Peter Ragnar: What a power of incredible attraction.
Tristan Truscott: Its a sweet place to live and I want you to really
quickly, because this is a beautiful thing, share about these amazing
animal experiences. Whats going on that youre with the bears? Ive
seen it in the videos, whats going on?
Peter Ragnar: Well, hey, I got a lot of friends. Its easy. These guys
are just attracted to you and thats the power of qigong because
qigong is such a natural process that youre in harmony with nature

and because of that, thats why I had wild bears come up that I could
pet. I had one guy
Tristan Truscott: This is like 500 pounds, right?
Peter Ragnar: Yes, I had big (one) I would wrestle with and then I
had Rasputin, the wild boar that had come to the back door. Id call
him out of the forest at night and you could hear him come snorting
running through the brush.
Tristan Truscott: Really?
Peter Ragnar: Id grab him by the hair and by the ears and shake
him
Tristan Truscott: Wow.
Peter Ragnar: a big tusk, a big sharp, razor-harp tusk and then
(Heart Song), wild coyote showed up one night. It was one night in
January, came to the door, I opened the door and he came in, sat
down by the fireplace with me, wild animals and then I was doing a
seminar, had a 100 people in my living room, a 100 people and this
red-shouldered hawk, about this tall came right to the door. I opened
the door. It jumped up on my bare arm. I carried it in before all the
people and I mean I dont know where it came from. Everybody
thought it was my pet and I said, Ive never seen it before. Open the
door and just bam! He flew up on a tree and sat there while we had a
program.
Tristan Truscott: Wow.
Peter Ragnar: But this is the power of getting so in tune with nature
and the most natural thing that people can do, you want to get in tune
with nature. You do this qigong, this special type of qigong, 10
minutes, thats it and you got it.

Tristan Truscott: I love that. So, we can have these magical things
happen in our lives and they do. They show up. Theyre so many
countless stories of our students. We have Tommy Shultz who
walked into the dojo on a cane, okay, going blind and deaf on one
side and losing his feeling all the down through this leg because of
MS which I know you could probably go deep into whats going on in
the brain and the myelin sheaths and the cells but he was doing
qigong and lots of visualization training with me and he trained for five
and a half years and he rewired his brain somehow and overcame
MS and earned his black belt
Peter Ragnar: Wow.
Tristan Truscott: one of the most powerful people that Ive ever
seen kick and punch who was on a cane wobbling in the door.
Peter Ragnar: And that blows my mind. I mean anyone who
understands how difficult that would be, ordinarily, under those
circumstances seems impossible.
Tristan Truscott: Yes, it just blew my mind. I think it blew
everybodys mind. It blew Tommys mind. The newspaper wrote
articles about it but he took those principles and he put them into his
routine and I taught him how to use his mind, how to use his body
how to focus, how to breathe right and he did the work. Thats the
key. He did the work and it does create miracles. It creates ways of
rewiring your brain. I think he rewired his brain. He worked around
those myelin sheaths he had been attacked, whatever it was, its a
medical miracle.
Now, we want to pay forward all of the stuff that were learning
because qigong is so helpful and so magical. Weve created a fourweek training course that guides you through everything Peter and I
are talking about. Its the 10-minute routines that we do and what it
does is it helps you to build your energy week by week so that you
can absorb and accumulate more and more over time.

Peter and I are going to train you and walk you through the process
of how to breathe right, how to hold your body right, how to use your
mind to direct the qi, all of the little nuances and without these simple
secrets, qigong wont work. We know this. It has to be done right
and if you dont do qigong right, stuff can happen right?
Peter Ragnar: Really, its like trying to run 220 through a 110-watt
light bulb. Well, youre not going to do that. Its going to blow the
light bulb up. So, what were going to teach you to do is how to
regulate your body in such a way that youll be capable of absorbing
and storing and cultivating this kind of energy, which we call qi and
this program is simple. Its natural. Its shockingly easy and youre
going to be able to do it because were going to eliminate all those
doubts and give you the full confidence and so youre going to get a
peek preview as to how you can train with Tristan and myself.
Tristan Truscott: Were going to take you up into the mountains and
