Muffin method unscramble

Add flavouring
ingredients to wet
mixture.

Make a well in the dry


mixture.

Grease muffin tray.

Sift dry ingredients


into a large bowl:

Preheat oven to
2000C.

Prepare flavouring
ingredients:

Mix wet ingredients in


another bowl:

Gently combine the


wet and dry mixture.

Cook until golden


brown.

Pour the wet mixture


into the centre of the
dry mixture.

Spoon mixture into


muffin pans 2/3 full

Cool in muffin tin for


5 minutes

Finish cooling on cake


cooler.

Bake on the top shelf


for 15-20 minutes.
