Procedurenin Making Pandesal
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
5 tbsp butter
½ tsp salt
Hi I’m Gianne! So, for today I am going to bake a Super soft Pandesal that stay soft for days so let’s get
started!
First in a mixing bowl, add 1 cup warm milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp yeast, whisk all
together until it dissolved
Then add 2 cup all-purpose flour and mix it again until it becomes a sticky dough form.
Tip the dough on a floured surface and knead until it becomes smooth and elastic for about 5-10
minutes.
Then let it rise for about an hour
Punch down the dough and divide into 6
Shape each piece into a ball and roll it in breadcrumbs
Put that in the prepared air fryer pan then leave them again to rise second time
In a pre-heated air fryer, bake it for about 25 minutes
Remove from oven and serve while hot!
In another mixing bowl, combine 2 eggs, 1 cup evaporated milk and 2 tsp vanilla. Whisk all
together. Then combine it in the dry ingredients, mix it until well blended
Spread batter mixture evenly into prepared cake pan
In a pre-heated steamer, steam it for about 30 minutes
Once this is out, let it cool for five minutes before adding the cream frosting
