Arrange the following mixing method in chronological order/sequence, Use A, B, C, D, E, to represent


the order.

Biscuit Method

E 1. Brush dough with egg wash and bake.


A 2. Sift dry ingredients together.
C 3. Knead by hand until soft dough formed.
B 4. Incorporate fat to dry ingredients and mix.
D 5. Cut into desired sizes.

Muffin Method

D 1. Allow batter to relax in 1 hour.


B 2. Combine liquid ingredients.
E 3. Pan and bake at specified oven heat.
C 4. Add the liquid into dry ingredients.
A 5. Sift all dry ingredients together.

Creaming Method

C 1. Add the liquid ingredients.


D 2. Stir in the flour mixture and mix well.
B 3. Add eggs one at a time.
A 4. Cream the fat and sugar then blend well.
E 5. Pan and bake at specified oven heat.
