Title: Myth of Multitasking and What is Means for Learning
Source: Quote (Page# or Paragraph #)

Responses

Multitasking actually is less productive,

I do agree that multitasking in some cases are
because it slows down your process and
unproductive and dangerous. But with little
allows you to make more errors than normal. things like texting and working out, cooking
and singing, those things seem really harmful
and can save lots of time on really time
demanding tasks
The brain loses its capability for deep
thinking altogether

I see this sometimes when Im trying to do my

homework and watch a show or listen to
music. My mind doesnt want to do two
things at once and it forces me to stop one
thing and focus on the other.

Your brain also wasnt programed to do

more than one thing at once, so it has a hard
time competing all these things at once.

I think multitasking is a great to get some

simple things done, but not when youre
trying to do difficult stuff. Driving and texting
is dangerous and should always be avoided.
People shouldnt for that because it not only
puts them in danger but also every one else on
the road.

It actually does the exact opposite in what

people intend for it to do, its unproductive
and can hurt you.

I dont agree with the mind only being

capable of doing one thing at a time, I think
were more advanced than that, I believe
because of our society people are going to get
better and better at it.
