LAMADRID, single, resident of Brgy. Tagas, Daet, Camarines Norte, CLARITA C.
YADAO, widow, resident of Brgy. Gahonon, Daet, Camarines Norte, CERILIO
CALAJATE, represented by her heir GINA R. CALAJATE, resident of Brgy. South
Poblacion, Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte, RICARDO CALAJATE, represented by

Brgy. South Poblacion, Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte, AGAPITO CALAJATE, JR.,
represented by his heir FE CALAJATE, Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte and JOSE
CALAJATE, represented by her heir REMEDIOS CALAJATE, Brgy. South Poblacion, Jose
Panganiban, Camarines Norte, all of legal ages, all Filipino citizen,
WITNESSETH: That
The above-named parties are surviving heirs of the late SPS. AGAPITO CALAJATE &
TEOFILA LAYMAN, who died intestate on _________________________ and ______________
at _______________________, without any will, and left a certain parcel of land, more
particularly described as follws:
A parcel of land, (CAD 1071-D-357), situated in the Barangay of South Poblacion,
Municipality of Jose Panganiban, Province of Camarines Norte, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the North by Sps. Romeo Ablaneda and Purita Dela Cruz; on the South
by M.B. Maligat St.; on the East by Levi Frias; and on the West by Mabini St.,
Containing an area of EIGHTY NINE (89) SQUARE METERS, covered by ARP No. GR2011-GG-05-002-0004 in the name of Agapito CAlajate
That no personal properties are involved in this Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate
with Sale; that to the best knowledge and information of the parties hereto, the said
owner has left no known debts;
That the true copy of this Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Sale had been
published once a week for three consecutive weeks in ______________, a newspaper
of general circulation in the Province of Camarines Norte, as certified by the
Publisher of the said newspaper hereto attached as ANNEX A;
That the
