The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit speakers for the southwest Culinary Association Convention to be held on February 1-4, 201-, in San Antonio, Texas, at the San Antonio Hotel. Approximately 2,000 members, exhibitors, and guests are expected to attend this annual convention. The Southwest regional office of Palmetto Event Solutions, Inc. is the official event planner of this conference and will oversee the RFP and the final selection program presenters. Guidelines The proposal must be no more than four single-spaced pages and must include the following information: 1. Cover Page that includes the title of presentation, type of session (Lecture, Roundtable, Hands-on Computer Workshop, or Demonstration). Names of all presenters, and contact information for all presenters (company name, mailing address, email address, and telephone numbers) 2. Title of Presentation with description of presentation for program (limit to 50 words) 3. Purpose of Presentation and Justification for Acceptance 4. Topical Outline Notification Authors of accepted proposals will be notified on June 15.
