EVENT DESCRIPTION:

TEAM FORMATION:
Teams participating in the competition may comprise a minimum of two
members and a maximum of four members. It is mandatory that all team
members' names are prominently listed on the first page of the PowerPoint
presentation. This ensures proper acknowledgment of team contributions
and facilitates efficient communication during the evaluation process.
Compliance with this requirement reflects the professionalism and
organizational discipline expected from participants.

ELIGIBILITY:
1.Open to all registered participants of the symposium.
2.Presenters must be prepared to deliver a compelling talk within a specified
time limit.
3.Availability:Confirm speaker availability.
4.Professionalism:Speakers should maintain professionalism.
5.Alignment:Content should align with symposium goals.
6.Impact:Speakers’ contribution should leave a lasting impression.
STAGES INVOLVED:(Rounds)

Stage I: Participants are requested to submit their full papers as specified


in the attached format (IEEE Format) well before the deadline. Teams
will be shortlisted based on the uniqueness, technical norms, and
creativity, which includes the judging criteria, and receive an invitation for
the next round from our team in a due course of time.
Stage II: Shortlisted teams should pay the registration fee (Refer Other
information given below for Registration fee details) in order to complete
the registration process. Once after the registration process is over, a
detailed schedule will be shared to the team lead after the paper title is
confirmed.
Stage III: Each team will be allowed to present their ideas for 10 mins
followed by a question session. Presentations must be delivered only
offline and in prescribed venue and time.give me the same content in some
other words.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Teams are limited to a maximum of four members.


2. Each presentation is allotted a maximum time of 10 minutes including
Q&A session. (7 minutes – For presentation and 3 minutes – For Q&A)
3. Abstract should not exceed 250 words.
4. Papers should be in IEEE format.
5.Prepare a PPT relevant to the topic.Template must be professional and
subtle.
6.PPT should contain a minimum of 5 pages and maximum of 10 pages.
7.Only a Paper Presentation certificate is guaranteed for the registration
fee. (Free publication for eligible authors in peer-reviewed journals will be
considered).
8.In case of any disputes/ discrepancies, the organizers decision will be
final and binding.
