FOH
1. Ref #06482 Course Booking Discount Issue: If a member joins a course after the start date any discounts that should be applied are not done so correctly, causing possible issue with the booking and the statement. Solution: The discounts are now applied properly on both event and course pricing. 2. Ref #09026 Unsuccessful member swipes showing in FOH Issue: If a member has an unsuccessful swipe FOH counted the swipe as a valid entry and included it in the count for access in the last 30 days, currently shown in Member Control. Solution: Any failed swipes will now not be included in the count for the Visits (30 days) in the member control section of FOH. 3. Ref #05984 Outstanding billing shown twice Issue: When a member purchases selected sessions on a course and selects pay later the course sessions can show as duplicates on the member statement. Solution: The members statement in FOH will now only show one line per session. 4. Ref #06537 Club Bestsellers Issue: In certain circumstances the club bestsellers in FOH member control produced an error upon being selected. Solution: The error no longer shows and the item is added to the members basket. 5. Ref #06542 User swipe Issue: If a user tried to click on a member swipe in the Member Swipes window of FOH the user record would not be loaded into member control. Solution: The members record is now loaded into member control upon the swipe record being clicked.

6. Ref #04096 Agreement price level not shown in Quick Add Issue: If a quick add agreement is set up under a region pricing level it was not shown in FOH as an available agreement to select for the quick add member. Solution: The enterprise, regional and club specific quick add agreements are now all available to select. 7. Ref #01540 Member allowed multiple entries Issue: Members who purchase a barcode ticketed item were allowed multiple entries even if the max usage was set in the control panel. Solution: The member now gets the number of usages set against the inventory item in the control panel.

Reports
1. Ref LGDC-170 Online Bookings Report Issue: If an online booking payment included a discount the report would show duplicate rows. Solution: The report no longer shows duplicate rows even when part or full discounts appear as part of the payment. 2. Ref #09793 Duplicates in Transaction report Issue: Invalid communication preferences against members were causing duplicate records in the transaction report. Solution: The report no longer has duplicate records. 3. Ref LGDC-164 Bookings data dump recording multiple rows Issue: The bookings data dump report often duplicated rows if a resource had more than one price against it. Solution: The bookings data dump report now only shows one row per booking resource. 4. Ref LGDC-205 Kiosk Usage Reports Issue: The Legend Kiosk lacks the reports to analyze the usage. Solution: There has been three new reports created for analysis on the kiosk usage, all three reports can be found in Bookings > Kiosk and are named; Kiosk Activity Summary Kiosk Usage Detail Kiosk Usage Summary Kiosk Activity is a step report which can be filtered by date and type, each line is split into location and workstation, by date and then finally by usage type and usage name. Each date will then show a sub total and then finally a kiosk subtotal. Kiosk usage detail is a single line by line report and can be filtered by date and type. Each row has the following columns; Club name, Kiosk Name, Visited date, Usage Name, Usage Type, Member No, Member Name, Agreement and Price Type. Kiosk Usage Summary shows the Club Name, Kiosk and visit date then how many events happened at each hour of the day, giving a total number at the end.

5. Ref #08797 BACS Summary report Issue: The BACS breakdown report was not assigning the correct GL codes correctly when a run was done in payments. Solution: The correct GL codes are now being populated in the report which is taken from the payments application. 6. Ref #07593 Course attendees report Issue: The course attendees report showed an error upon being executed and did not show any results. Solution: The error no longer shows and the appropriate results are shown. 7. Ref #010176 Course detail report Issue: The course detail report was not showing any records when run. Solution: The course details report now produces the appropriate data when run. 8. Ref #08869 Online registrations report Issue: The online registrations report would not run and show an error on attempt. Solution: The online registrations report will now run as long as the online functionality is enabled. 9. Ref LGDC-483 New online bookings export report Issue: The current online bookings report is not in the correct format for some analysis and doesnt provide all information Solution: A new report has been created named Online Bookings Export Report and can be found in the Bookings report folder. The report has the same columns as the existing report but with the addition of two extra columns named; UserAgent and ClientType. The UserAgent column shows the browser the user made the booking on, for example Firefox or Secure Browser and the ClientType shows weather it was Mobile, Web or Kiosk bookings. If the data cant be gathered the rows will just show N/A, which will be the case for all existing data. The report also has a different format and shows each booking on one row without the steps of the Online bookings report. 10. Ref LGDC-501 Scheduled reporting Issue: If a report was run that was greater than 60,000 rows the report may not run and the user would not be able to open in excel. Solution: The reports application now allows for reports that are expected to create greater than 60,000 rows to be created as scheduled reports and either saved to a location or emailed once complete. These reports will then be able to be opened in Excel 2007 or newer. 11. Ref LGDC-507 Monthly Patronage report Requirement: A new report is required to show monthly patronage. Implementation: A new Patronage report has been created to show aggregated data on a monthly basis. This will be a flat table report, containing figures aggregated by member, by month, by GL Account Code. The report will contain a large volume of data and should it be run at an Enterprise level, thus it will be designed to be scheduled to run overnight rather than directly within the report application.

Control Panel
1. Ref #05373 Prorate discount Issue: The prorate discount field against the agreement does not carry any discount into the new member wizard rendering the field useless. Solution: The prorate discount now calculates the percentage discount required from the value added to the field, then in the member wizards applies the discount to the prorate fee applied, giving a correct total.

2. Ref #09925 Cost center/GL code not appearing in drop down Issue: If a Cost Centre/GL code has a future inactive date set against it the item would not show on for selection in the inventory GL code drop down. Solution: If a Cost Centre/GL code has a future inactive date set it will be available for selection until the inactive date is met, if the inactive date is current the item will not be available for selection. 3. Ref #02771 Additional configuration settings in Control Panel Issue: Certain configuration settings could only be implemented with direct access to the Legend database meaning a Legend representative would have to make changes. Solution: The following settings have been now included in the Legend Control Panel; Workstation Based: 1. OCIUS login details and merchant account settings Can be found in the Workstation > Payments Tab. 2. Custom client communication method can be set to File Transfer or VCCOM Can be found in Workstation > General Settings Club Based: 1. On swipe move member to member passport tick box Can be found in Club Settings > Select Club > Bookings tab 2. OCIUS login details and merchant account settings Can be found in Club Settings > Select Club > Payment tab 3. Allow staff to swipe to login to legend tick box Can be found in Club Settings > Select Club > Staff tab 4. Allow multi member transactions in FOH tick box Can be found in Club Settings > Select Club > POS tab 5. Select custom client communication method to File Transfer or VCCOM - Can be found in Club Settings > Select Club > Club Policy tab Global Settings: 1. Open FOH instead of POS from Membership Management tick box Can be found in Global Settings > Additional 1 tab 2. Allow staff to swipe to login to legend tick box - Can be found in Global Settings > Additional 1 tab 3. Allow multi member transactions in FOH tick box - Can be found in Global Settings > POS tab 4. Membership Management
1. Ref #08557 Sales joining amount Issue: If a new member or an upgraded member has their process fee or enrollment fee overridden the merge document would not represent these overridden fees correctly, instead either showing nothing or the original price. Solution: The document now gets the correct overridden prices for enrollment fee and process fee when a member either signs up through the new member wizard or upgrades through the wizard.

CRM
1. Ref LGDC-485 CRM error upon opening Issue: An error occurred when CRM opened and the reports did not run. Solution: The application now no longer errors upon opening or closing and the reports/tasks all run within the application.

Web Service
1. Ref LGDC-485 Member export integration service Issue: An issue had arisen where the service was exporting certain members that should not have been exported. Solution: The service now only exports the correct data.

Online Services
1. Ref #09454 Missing Web Transactions Issue: Some transaction made online failed and because of this there was no record of them ever taking place. Solution: The error logs now show failed transactions. 2. Ref #09069 Member allowed to book online with debt Issue: Members who were in debt were allowed to book online. Solution: Members who are in debt can no longer book online unless the webuser has the relevant security tokens to override this. 3. Ref LGDC-469 Basket storage Issue: If a member closes the browser whilst midway through a transaction (an item is in the basket) then that basket would have been lost which caused the booking to be incomplete yet locked in the Legend booking application. Solution: If a member closes the browser now the basket will be remembered and the user will be taken straight back to the same basket transaction to either complete or clear the basket. This functionality will also work if the member logs into a different browser or the mobile device. If the member leaves the basket for more than 1 hour the basket will be cleared. 4. Ref #01866 Activities bookable online Issue: Members who should not be allowed to make an activity booking online, such as badminton, were allowed to as the website did not check the relevant rules such as member not active and cut off times. Solution: The member will now only be able to book an activity if the required validation checks are met.

Payments
1. Ref LGDC-476 Sync issues during direct debit run Issue: A direct debit run was causing issue with members being synchronized to the online database. This caused the locking of the process as number of members in the queue was too large to sync across. Solution: Enhanced performance on the synchronization now means that this process will not become locked.

Sales
1. Ref LGDC-476 Sales prospect status Requirement: To create, inactivate and edit prospect status for use the Legend Sales application. Implementation: A new selection has been included in the control panel to control the prospect status types. The setting can be found in Control Panel > Data > Prospect Status. The changes have two associated security tokens under the CP group named; CAN_USER_CREATE_PROSPECT_STATUS Allows the user to create new prospect status CAN_USER_EDIT_PORSPECT_STATUS Allows the user to edit an existing prospect status Once inside the new forms the current list of the prospect status options are available, the order in which they are shown in the Sales dropdown can be altered using the Move Up and Move Down buttons. To set a default status option, highlight the relevant status and select the Set Default button. To create a new status select add and fill in the form ensuring the status has a Short Description, Description and an Active date and click OK to save. To make a status inactive edit the status and enter a valid inactive date, the status will then no longer show in the sales prospect status dropdown option.

Bookings
1. Ref LGDC-476 Bookings user restrictions on schedule Requirement: It is required to be able to restrict certain user from being able to create courses or activities against certain sub types or main categories. Solution: A new tick box option has been added to the resource subtypes and course main categories which enables a security requirement to be met before a staff member can schedule the respective course or class. The tick box setting can be found on the initial form for both subtypes and main categories and is names Security token required to create schedule for this subtype/main category once ticked any user will require the security token. The following security tokens have been created to facilitate the feature; BK_CAN_USER_MODIFY_SECURITY_TOKEN_FOR_RESOURCE_SUBTYPE Bookings: Can user modify security settings on resource sub type BK_CAN_USER_MODIFY_SECURITY_TOKEN_FOR_COURSE_MAINCATEGORY Bookings: Can user modify security settings on course main category BK_USER_REQUIRE_TOKEN_TO_CREATE_SCHEDULE_FOR_SUBTYPE Bookings: User can create schedule for restricted Subtype BK_USER_REQUIRE_TOKEN_TO_CREATE_COURSE_FOR_MAINCATEGORY Bookings: User can create course for restricted main category

POS
1. Ref LGDC-500 Additional security tokens for POS Issue: Additional POS supervisor tokens to assist with user control over transactions. Solution: The security tokens for controlling the transactions are as follows; POS_CAN_REFUND_TRANSITEM Can refund a transaction item POS_CAN_VOID_TRANSITEM Can void a transaction item POS_CAN_DELETE_TRANSITEM Can delete item from transaction POS_CAN_SELECT_USERS Can change user on transaction POS_SUPERVISOR All of the above

ACM
1. Ref #09890 Not allowed through gates if termination date exists Issue: If a member has a termination date set against their account and ACM should have allowed the member through the gates they were being stopped. Solution: ACM now allows members through as long as they meet the required bands and access checks.

Content Management System


1. Ref #08411 CMS permission issue Issue: There was a problem where users security tokens were not checked upon logging in to the Legend content management system. Solution: The security tokens are now synchronized with the user profiles meaning each user should get the correct access. 2. Ref LGDC-438 CMS resource edit Issue: The resources menu option loads very slowly when large numbers of resources need to be loaded. Solution: The page now loads quicker and the process is more efficient.
