Dear Ms. Hapsari,

Every effort has been made to secure reservations for you party at the Westin Hotel
from 15 18 January 2016 as requested in your letter of 30 December 2015.

However, due to large international conference being held in Tokyo at that time sand the
fact that the period coincides with several national holidays, the hotel informed us that,
as of the moment, no suitable room arrangement can be worked out. In checking with
all other first class hotels in the Tokyo area we received a similar answer.

Therefore, we suggest you consider delaying your projected trip by a week or so. The
Westin Hotel has indicated they would be happy to accommodate you any time after 19
January.

Please let us know how you would like us to proceed.
